Should I have private offices or a communal workspace?

Ahh - just like the CLASSIC chicken/egg question…

Here’s my advice…. always go with an open workspace that promotes conversation!! I have worked with quite a few teams that want to try out private offices for everyone, but what we’ve found is that people become complacent in their daily activities.

If you’re worried that an open concept virtual office isn’t for you, consider trying:

1) Spatial Audio / Zones

2) Locked Rooms

3) Headphones mode
